Barbara Barton

Barbara Barton has sold many magazine articles on history as well as agriculture and successfully self-published and marketed the following books on Texas history: Ruckus Along the River, Pistol Pack' Preachers, Stagecoach lines & Freighters of West Texas, Secrets of the Sherwood Courthouse, Saber, Shield & Spurs; Ben Ficklin, and Two Feisty Schoolmarms.  She and her husband Lewis live in Knickerbocker, Texas, where they have ranched all their lives, and taught school on the side.
